<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillatory actuator with superior performance, a lens barrel and a camera equipped therewith, and a manufacturing method for the actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillatory actuator 10 is equipped with an electromagnetic converter 13 for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy; an elastic body 12 with the electromagnetic converter 13, connected thereto for generating an oscillatory wave by actuating the electromagnetic converter; and a relatively moving member 15 brought into pressurized contact with the elastic body 12 for relatively moving, with respect to the elastic body 12 by the oscillatory wave.
