<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow multiple film members to be punched out from a tape simultaneously or almost simultaneously by using a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Three punching dies 11, each consisting of a fixed blade member 20 and a movable blade member 21, are provided on a punching stage 10 in the feed direction of a TAB tape 4 so as to be in parallel with each other. TCP forming regions 5 are simultaneously punched out from the TAB tape 4 to be three TCPs 2. These TCPs 2 are loaded onto a conveyor 30 by a turnover transfer means 25. While the TCPs 2 are transported by the conveyor 30, a position detecting portion 31 detects the position of each TCP 2. After a position correcting portion 33 corrects the position of each TCP 2, each TCP 2 is taken out by a pressure bonding means 36 at a take-out position 35, and then is press-bonded onto a substrate 1 at a predetermined position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
