摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve each of light transmittance in a pixel of a liquid crystal device and light-shielding performance to a semiconductor element such as TFT. <P>SOLUTION: A first reflective film 81a and a second reflective film 81b are formed on a first slant face 80a and a second slant face 80b, respectively, to cover the first slant face 80a and the second slant face 80b. By the first reflective film 81a and the second reflective film 81b, incident lights L1 and L2 entering from the side of a TFT array substrate 10 can be reflected to pixels 72ga and 72gb, respectively. In addition, by the first reflective films 81a and 81b, light radiated from the side of the TFT array substrate 10 to a TFT 30 can be shielded.
