PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dispatch system for easily monitoring the traveling route of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Respective mobile station devices 2-1 to 2-N obtain positional information showing the position of the vehicle and transmits the obtained positional information to a management center device 5. A preset specific area that the vehicle passes through and the number of times that the vehicle passes through the specific area are stored in a vehicle management information database 52. When receiving positional information transmitted from the mobile station devices 2-1 to 2-N respectively, the management center device 5 counts the number of times when the vehicle passes through the specific area on the basis of the received positional information referring to the vehicle management information database 52. Whether the counted number of times reaches a specific value is determined, and when it is determined that the counted number of times does not reach the specific value, warning information is transmitted to the vehicle.
