PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newly improved apparatus for using same available heat while having relatively high total efficiency by efficient use of relatively high temperature steam and brine existing in a geothermal fluid. SOLUTION: An power generating apparatus using geothermal fluid that is a mixture of high pressure steam and brine comprises; a separator separating the geothermal fluid into a stream of brine and a stream of steam; a steam turbine producing heat depleted steam; a steam condenser producing a stream of a vaporizing organic fluid and a stream of steam condensate; a superheater producing a stream of superheated organic steam and a stream of cooled brine; an organic vapor turbine producing heat deleted organic fluid; an organic vapor condenser producing organic condensate; a preheater producing a stream of pre-heated organic fluid and a stream of cooled steam condensate; a means supplying pre-heated organic fluid; and a means producing a combined stream.
