PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll electric compressor having a lubricating oil flow passage capable of consistently supplying lubricating oil to a drive bushing part to which lubricating oil has been hardly supplied. SOLUTION: The scroll electric compressor comprises a scroll compression mechanism 20, an electric motor 40, and a housing 1 for storing the scroll compression mechanism 20 and the electric motor 40. The scroll compression mechanism 20 has a lubricating oil flow passage 50 for guiding lubricating oil passing through a strainer 52 arranged in a vicinity of a bottom of the housing 1 and flowing into a lower space of a fixed scroll 21 to a drive bushing part 28. The lubricating oil flow passage 50 is formed by connecting an oil feed hole 29a bored in a thrust plate 29, an oil feed groove 5b formed in an upper bearing 5, an oil feed stepped part formed by cutting out a drive bushing installation surface of a shaft 2, and a section obtained by cutting the outer circumference of an eccentric pin 3 in the axial direction with each other.
