PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan and electronic equipment capable of preventing generation of a backflow phenomenon. SOLUTION: In the case of failure, power supply to a first attitude changing driving section 40 is stopped, and attitude changing shaft parts 23, 23, etc. are slid inside a guide hole from one end to the other end by energizing force from an attitude resetting member 51 to the attitude changing shaft parts 23 through an engaging member 50, and a first link member 30 retreats, and a vane 21 is changed to a closing attitude.
