PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant reinforcement structure of a concrete structure which can reduce complicatedness of execution work and which can obtain excellent reinforcement effect without loss of reinforcement effect of a steel frame brace with a frame. SOLUTION: A reinforcement plate channel 7 having a U-shaped cross section is arranged along a pillar part 3. The frame steel frame 12a of the steel frame brace 11 with the frame and the pillar part 3 are sandwiched by the reinforcement plate which is projected and counterposed in the height direction of the pillar part 3, and are fixed by a filled hardening material. Then the upper frame steel frame 12b and a beam part 2 are sandwiched by the reinforcement plate 8 which is counterposed, and are fixed by the filled hardening material. A PC steel rod 9 which penetrates both the counterposed reinforcement plate and the frame steel frame 12a and a PC steel rod 9 which similarly penetrates the counterposed reinforcement plate 8 and the upper frame steel frame 12b are fastened. Then the pillar part 3 and the beam part 2 are compressed, and are brought into a state where prestress has been placed on them.
