PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flake-like fluorine-containing copolymer composition that has excellent blocking resistance, can be stored at room temperature, and exhibits high workability in redissolving and stable qualities, although the composition can constitute a coating composition giving a coating film having high toughness. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing composition comprises: 100 parts by mass of a resin composition (1) having solid content concentration of not less than 98.5 mass%, a maximum particle diameter of not more than 40 mm and a passing rate of not more than 10% by mass through a 2-mm mesh sieve; and 0.5 to 3 parts by mass of a resin composition (2) having solid content concentration of 98.5 mass% and a maximum particle diameter of not more than 100μm. The solid content of the resin composition (1) comprises a copolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of 30 to 40°C, while the solid content of the resin composition (2) comprises a copolymer (B) having a glass transition temperature of not lower than 50°C.
