PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily control lifting of an carried object, while suppressing weight of a whole device. SOLUTION: When a lifting motor 26 rotates a rotational shaft 15, a driving force transmission mechanism 30 transmits a driving force to a lifting body 4 to lift the lifting body 4. The lifting body 4 has a linear slider 18 to carry in/out a cassette 95 between shelves 91. A worm wheel 102 is fixed to the rotational shaft 15. The worm 101 is meshed with the worm wheel 102 to allow a motor 103 for a worm to rotate the worm 101. When lifting the lifting body 4, the motor 103 for a worm rotates the worm 101 according to the rotation of the worm wheel 102.
