PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-pull and cap removing tool for an open cover that can be easily removed with small power which can be manufactured easily and at a low price. SOLUTION: The ring-pull and cap removing tool for removing caps and ring-pulls with caps attached by compression on bottle openings is provided with a conically-shaped inserting section 1 on one side of a cylindrical handle 2 and a removing tool 3 on the other side.
