PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let an operator know the amount of discharge corresponding to the operated position of a nozzle lever. SOLUTION: The basal end 55B of the nozzle lever 55 is provided with a connection member 74 rotatably connected to a shaft 70 supported to the other side 13B of a nozzle body 13. An operating force changing means 80 opposite to the external wall 13C of the nozzle body 13 comes into contact with the pressing part 76 of the connection member 74. The operating force changing means 80 is disposed between the external wall 13C of the nozzle body 13 and the pressing part 76 of the connection member 74, and compressed when the nozzle lever 55 is rotated in the direction to open a valve (direction A). The operating force of the nozzle lever 55 changes to a strength corresponding to the resultant force F of an increase of the spring force F1 of a spring member 24 and the pressing force F2 of the operating force changing means 80.
