PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly adjust the height position of the front part of a seat cushion for supporting the femoral regions of a seating person. SOLUTION: A tilt panel 3t for supporting the femoral regions of the seating person is rotatably connected and supported to a cushion frame 3f constituting a skeleton of the seat cushion 3 by a connecting shaft (tr). The connection shaft (tr), or the rotating center of the tilt panel 3t, is disposed at a position on an extension line of a torso line T of the seating person extending facing the width direction of the seat cushion 3.
