PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply determine the telephone number of a caller in a telephone communication IP packet flowing through an IP network, and to improve the efficiency of processing of recording calling contents. SOLUTION: When generating the telephone communication IP packet to be transmitted to the IP network, the communication device embeds the telephone number data of the calling origin in the transmission origin address area of an IP header in the IP packet. The speech communication log preserving apparatus on the IP network extracts the telephone number data of the calling origin from the transmission source address of the IP header of such a telephone communication IP packet, and preserves voice data inside the telephone communication IP packet for every telephone number indicated by the extracted telephone number data.
