A gas turbine (1) comprises a gas turbine body (100) for rotating a rotor (10) with the energy of combustion gas produced by combusting fuel and taking out rotary energy from the rotor (10), an inlet casing (121) fixed to the gas turbine body (100) and introducing air to a compression section for compressing the air, an intake chamber (31) connected with the inlet casing (121) and introducing the air which is taken in from the atmosphere to the gas turbine body (100), and a notch (34) so formed in the intake chamber (31) as to include the entire range where the rotor (10) passes or exists when the rotor is moved.
