A coil (4) is integrated in a piston (1) of a permanent magnet (2) and in a cylinder housing (3). An axis of the coil runs parallel with the dipole axis of the permanent magnet. The units of the pump are completely or predominantly made from ceramic. The bush is made from aluminum oxide and the piston is made from boron nitride or graphite filled Teflon(RTM: Fluoropolymer).
