<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered roller bearing wherein a spattering is simply and inexpensively removed, besides assembly and inspection can be made easily. <P>SOLUTION: In the outer circumferential face of an inner ring 2, a rib 14 is formed only on the large diameter side of a tapered roller raceway 12 on the outer circumferential face of the inner ring 2. An annular recess 27 is formed axially outside of the rib 14 of the inner ring 2 in the outer circumferential face of the inner ring 2. A dropout-prevention member 8 is secured with a screw 50 at the end face axially outside of a second annular part 22 of a pin type cage 6 so that the end on the radially inside of the annular dropout-prevention member 8 is held in the annular recess 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
