<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent poor lubrication and lowering of a dynamic pressure action by reducing surface holes of a sintered bearing without largely increasing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The maximum diameter d of the surface holes formed in a bearing surface through melting of Sn metallic powder as a binder is set to be within a range of 0 μm<d≤25 μm.
