<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling of a plurality of fluid tubes used in a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell system 20, a fuel cell stack 22, three shut valves 30, a humidifying module 24, and an electromagnetic valve housing box 50 are arranged in this order from the front side to the rear side of a vehicle. The electromagnetic valve housing box 50 houses a plurality of electromagnetic valves used for action of the shut valves 30, and are connected to the shut valves 30 or the like by a plurality of fluid tubes 80. A fluid tube integrated panel 90 has the plurality of fluid tubes 80 integrally fixed to a panel box which is a flat rectangular parallelepiped box having a rectangular plane shape with a hollow interior.
