<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation management device capable of improving operation efficiency in a plurality of elevators, capable of restraining a cost increase in a facility, and easily applicable to an existing facility. <P>SOLUTION: This elevator operation management device includes lifting devices 50 and 51 for lifting the plurality of elevators 40 and 42 over the respective floors, an information receiving means 60 for receiving terminal information capable of specifying the number of users of at least the predetermined floor transmitted in response to operation of a portable terminal by the user, and an operation management means 70 for managing operation of the plurality of elevators by controlling the lifting devices.
