PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a region designation device for easily designating the closed region to be colored of a character expressed with a line art in the case of achieving the full coloring of a cartoon and a line art processor for performing coloring.

SOLUTION: A plurality of closed region designation pointers equipped with a feature section designation window for designating the feature section of a character expressed with a line art and a plurality of region designation points arranged at prescribed positions with a feature section designation window as a reference are operated by the operation of an operator so that it is possible to easily designate a closed region to be colored with respect to the character expressed with a line art having a plurality of closed regions. Thus, it is possible to efficiently execute the coloring processing to the character.
