<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urging winder with a locking mechanism which allowa a vertical movement stop operation and a fine positioning adjustment operation by a single grasping operation with one hand. <P>SOLUTION: This urging winder 3 includes: an urging winder body 17 which includes a casing 11 having a laterally-long front plate 9 and a rear plate 10 having the same shape, a shaft fixed at the center between the front plate 9 and the rear plate 10, a spring whose inside end is fixed to the shaft, a reel formed by fixing the outer end of the spring in a state internally having the spring therein and being rotatingly urged by the spring, winding straps 13 and 14 being wound by the reel, and guide rollers 15 and 16 for guiding the winding straps 13 and 14 rotatably provided in the casing; a winding strap guide part 20 which includes guide rollers 18 and 19 for guiding the winding straps 13 and 14 provided in the upper part of the casing 11; and a locking body 21 which allows the passing of the winding straps 13 and 14 provided at the upper part of the winding strap guide part 20 and locks or unlocks the movement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
