<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for searching a new substance acting on bonding between LPI and GPR55. <P>SOLUTION: The method for screening promoting or inhibiting bonding between lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI) and G-protein-conjugated receptor 55 (GPR55) being its receptor includes contacting LPI with GPR55 expressing cells in the presence of a candidate substance and identifying a substance promoting or inhibiting bonding between LPI and GPR55 as an objective substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
