<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device brake capable of further tightly applicable for keeping a vehicle in a stationary state in parking, without requiring an additional energy source in a brake system. <P>SOLUTION: This disc brake device includes a piston 5 designed so as to press a pad 8 to a disc 2, and is provided for pressing the pad 8 to the disc 2 when a first force is applied along a first axis z'z in the direction toward the pad from the piston. A first plate 12 and 13 is inserted between a first surface 52 of the piston 5 and the pad 8.
