<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding free from a thermoplastic resin film-like body having a deformation such as slackening and bulging with respect to a thermoplastic resin molding, and also to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This insert molding 1 comprises a thermoplastic resin molding 2; and a thermoplastic resin film-like body 4 formed integrally with the molding 2 by insert molding. The film-like body 4 is heated to a temperature of bringing a secondary shrinkage rate thereof into a shrinkage rate or more of a thermoplastic resin of the molding 2, when insert-molded. In this manufacturing method for the insert molding 1, the thermoplastic resin film-like body 4 is arranged in a recess 14 of a female mold 12, a cavity 16 of a shape to form the molding 2 is formed on one face of the film-like body 4, the film-like body 4 is heated at the temperature of bringing the secondary shrinkage rate thereof into the shrinkage rate or more of the thermoplastic resin forming the molding 2, in the cavity 16, and the thermoplastic resin is injection-molded under this condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
