<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container made of foamed synthetic resin, designed so that the upper edge of an inner bag is inserted into the grooves of the upper end of the side-wall formed along the length of the side-wall, the container having sufficient locking structure for the container and the bag, which includes a simple structure and involves no cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: The container 1 made of foamed synthetic resin includes a lid 3 and a box 2, and includes a fitting structure in which the lower side of the lid and the upper side of the box fit one on the other.
