PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition appropriate for pressing with high-frequency heating, and a method producing a laminate using the adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains a resorcinol resin, a hardener, and soot. The method for producing the laminate comprises pressing with high-frequency heating, using the adhesive composition containing the resorcinol resin, the hardener, and the soot.
