PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition which contains an aliphatic polyester replaceable by a plant-derived material, excels in antistatic property and excels further in impact resistance, and of which fracture morphology is ductile fracture. SOLUTION: The antistatic resin composition contains 100 pts.mass of an aliphatic polyester resin (A) having, as repeating units, a unit formed from an aliphatic diol and/or an alicyclic diol and a unit formed from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid (including its derivative) and/or an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid (its derivative), and 0.01-10 pts.mass of an ionic compound (B) which is liquid at ordinary temperature.
