PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supervisory camera apparatus achieving an appropriate and effective monitoring function. SOLUTION: The supervisory camera apparatus integrally includes: a photographing means 13; and a display means 16 capable of displaying an image photographed by the photographing means 13. The photographing and display means 13, 16 can be subjected to directional control mutually independently.
