PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable container having durability and a load capacity and capable of being easily assembled, and particularly a foldable container of a plastic corrugated card board composed of a plurality of plastic flat plates. SOLUTION: The foldable container has a bottom plate, a first side plate, a reinforcement plate, a second side plate, a frame fixed to each upper end of the first side plate, the reinforcement plate and the second side plate, these being stacked, an upper corner member connecting neighboring frames to each other, a reinforcement bottom plate, a lower corner member, and a member to be engaged. The reinforcement plate has pillar members at both ends, the extended reinforcement bottom plate has a first bent plate and a second bent plate, the upper end of the first bent plate abuts on at least the lower end of the outside piece of the frame in the folded state, and the second bent plate has a notch for the member to be engaged to be inserted therein, and covers at least and area from the space between the two lower corner members to the lower end of the outside piece of the frame.
