The sealing insert is for bottle caps. The caps are designed so that towards the bottle mouth two or more concentric sealing lips are formed, protruding in the axial direction. The inner sealing lip protrudes inwards further than the outer lip. The inner lip(14b) ends in the axial direction at a flat annular surface (60), at right angles to the axis (A: of the cap(CS), and between inner and outer conical ring faces (56, 58). |
