<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable member, and a rotation control method to the movable member, capable of preventing collision between an outside operator and the movable member, and preventing separation of the movable member from the outside operator. <P>SOLUTION: The movable member 10 is provided with an operation part 14 provided at an operable position by the outside operator to generate a steering command in accordance with operation by the outside operator, and a control part 13 receiving input of the steering command from the operation part 14 to generate a control command for controlling move of the movable member.
