摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic evaluation method of a photoelectric conversion device capable of improving development efficiency and production efficiency of a solar cell by reducing a period required for evaluation of stabilized output, reducing dead stock risk by achieving early detection of nonconforming items related to the characteristic of the solar cell, and reducing expense required for evaluation of the stabilized output; and a manufacturing method of a photoelectric conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: This characteristic evaluation method of a photoelectric conversion device is characterized by including: a first acquisition step S11 of acquiring a first output value before the gradient of an output value of the photoelectric conversion device with respect to a logarithm of a light irradiation time; a second acquisition step S12 of acquiring a second output value after the gradient of the output value changes and when a predetermined period elapses from the acquisition of the first output value; an estimation step S13 of estimating a stabilized output value when a stabilization period elapses based on the first output value and the second output value; and an evaluation step S14 of evaluating the characteristic of the photoelectric conversion device based on a reference value of the output value, and the estimated stabilized output value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
