<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a many-body problem calculation device for efficiently treating calculation of power or potential in molecular dynamics method. <P>SOLUTION: The many-body problem calculation device 100 for calculating a force or potential acting on a specific particle of a system including a plurality of particles includes: a first address means 1 which successively supplies an address of the specific particle; a second address means 3 which successively supplies an address of a target particle; a third address means 5 which successively supplies an address of a particle containing the target particle; a fourth address means 6 which successively supplies an address of a particle containing the specific particle; a coordinate storage means 8 which stores a coordinate of the target particle and a coordinate of the specific particle; a distance calculation means 10 which calculates a distance between the specific particle and the target particle; and a power calculation means 11 which calculates the power or potential acting on the specific particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
