PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reactive polyurethane beads which react with a resin having an active hydrogen group, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the reactive polyurethane beads includes the steps of: dispersing a bead raw material, containing a polyisocyanate prepolymer containing a block isocyanate group, in water including a suspension stabilizer in a particulate form, and heating the dispersion to prepare a polyurethane bead suspension; and solid-liquid separating, washing, and drying the polyurethane bead suspension. The polyisocyanate prepolymer containing a block isocyanate group is obtained by addition reaction of an isocyanate block agent with a tri- or more-functional polyisocyanate prepolymer.
