PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the situation that all systems simultaneously fail in an apparatus having multiplexed redundant configuration. SOLUTION: A means for adding and holding the cumulative operation time by a component unit to perform maintenance and exchange, a means for recording and holding an upper limit value in terms of maintenance, and a means for comparing them by the unit of each system of the multiplexed configuration are used. Then, the system to be used is selected so that the cumulative operation time of all the systems does not exceed the upper limit value in terms of the maintenance at the same time, that is, the system is selected so that the difference of the cumulative operation time between the respective systems is the fixed time or more. Also, for the suppression of the increase of the cumulative operation time, the operation of interrupting the energizing of an unused system is performed at an arbitrary time point.
