PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute only really useful information and to increase a repeat rate. SOLUTION: An information distribution system 10 includes an on-vehicle device 20 having: a communication unit receiving information including a plurality of contents from roadside radio devices 40A and 40B; a specified storage unit for storing and accumulating information (specified information) to be granted a privilege among the contents received by the communication unit; and a control unit which reads the information (specified information) to be granted the privilege out of the specified storage unit and uplinks it to the road-side radio devices 40A and 40B when the on-vehicle device enters the communication area of the roadside radio devices 40A and 40B again after the specified information is accumulated.
