PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a pixel size corresponding to a hand shake amount and to change the pixel size corresponding to the hand shake amount. SOLUTION: Blurring during photographing is measured, and the hand shake amount of a photographed image converted to the number of full pixels is calculated from the measured blurring. In the case that there is no hand shake amount and in the case of the hand shake amount allowable for 2L print, it is recorded in a size as it is the one during photographing. In the case that resizing to the pixel size allowable for 2L print is possible, it is resized to the pixel size and recorded. Also, when it can not be resized to the pixel size allowable for 2L print, it is resized to a 2M pixel size and recorded. In such a manner, since it is resized to such a size that blurring becomes inconspicuous, the memory capacity of a recording medium 30 is saved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
