PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal reducing a time and labor of a user and suppressing upsizing of a device, and also to provide its communication method. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 10 is provided with: a wireless communication part 11 for wirelessly communicating with a wireless communication network 100; and a human body communication part 13 for communicating with an external device 20 through a human body. In the case where user information is call-terminated from the wireless communication network 100 by the wireless communication, the human body communication part 13 is shifted to a communicating state of being communicated with the external device 20 through a human body.
