摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a difference in density between a block forming nozzle pitches with a periodic eccentricity and a normal block overall the density in a printer having a line type inkjet head. SOLUTION: This printer comprises the line type inkjet head constituted by a plurality of blocks each having an ink ejection mechanism group arranged therein and a drive signal generating means that generates a drive voltage signal including a pre-pulse to be applied to the ink ejection mechanism group of the inkjet head on the basis of data indicative of the number of ejections of ink by each pixel. The printer further comprises a memory means storing a drive signal adjustment value of each block relating to a drive voltage value and a width of the pre-pulse. The drive signal generating means generates the drive voltage signal by using the drive signal adjustment value corresponding to the arranged block with respect to the ink ejection mechanism while referencing the memory means.
