PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a time until a resin flowing out of a pot of a die reaches each cavity through a runner, nearly the same between the respective cavities, in a manufacturing method for a mold package for sealing a plurality of workpieces with the resin, using the die. SOLUTION: In this molding die 100, the runner 160 is constituted of: a first runner 161 that is one passage extended from the pot 150 to a side of the plurality of cavities 140; and a second runner 162 branched toward each cavity 140 in an end point of the first runner 161 and communicated with each cavity 140, and the second runner 162 has an equal length and an equal passage cross-sectional area, in each cavity 140.
