PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purifier which positively prevents the use of a filter while it is in a filter bag such as a plastic bag and so on; and the shape of a power cord is not shifted to the body side even though the temperature becomes high during transportation. SOLUTION: The air filter has a body case 2 in which a filter 12 and a blower fan 6 are arranged, a power cord storing part 13 which is provided at a position adjacent to the filter in the body case, a filter bag 15 which wraps a filter 12 when packing, a cord cover part 17 which is integrally extended from one end of the filter bag and which wraps the power cord 14 that is accommodated in the power cord storing part 13 when packing, and a front cover 3 which is detachably mounted at the front surface opening part of the body case so that it covers the filter and the power cord storing part.
