PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize card which is rationally constituted in preventing forgery. SOLUTION: The prize card 1 includes valuables 200 and a contactless IC circuit 300, and is constituted in such a way that a first card member 110 and a second card member 120 are joined in the thickness direction and also the valuables 200 and the contactless IC circuit are arranged between the members. The contactless IC circuit is obtained by mounting an IC chip 320 and an antenna 330 on a flexible board 310, allows one surface of the flexible board to adhere onto the first card member, and allows the IC chip to adhere onto the second card member, or allows the respective surfaces of the flexible board to partially adhere onto the respective card members. The flexible board includes a cut which is positioned between the adhesion part onto the first card member and the adhesion part onto the second card member.
