PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display Doppler traces so that the diagnosis may become easier. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a frequency analysis section 5 to detect a spectrum signal, a DSC section 6 to transform the spectrum signal into a spectrum image signal for its display, and a trace operation means 8 to make a Doppler trace operation based on the continuity of spectrum signals detected by the frequency analysis section 5.
