PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for aging a flexible tube for efficiently aging the flexible tube. SOLUTION: The aging device 10 includes a water tank 14, a water-temperature regulation device 15, pulleys 16a-16c, a large pulley 17 disposed above the water tank 14, a motor 18 for rotating the pulley 17, and a control part 19 for controlling the motor 18. Water 13 is warmed to approximately 50°C by the water-temperature regulation device 15, and the flexible tube 1 is put into the warmed water. The softened flexible tube 1 is wound around the pulleys 16a-16c after one hour elapses, and the flexible tube 1 is connected to a rope 20 by chuck devices 21a and 21b. When a switch in the control part 19 is turned on, the motor 18 changes the direction of rotation at regular time intervals, and the flexible tube 1 is reciprocated in the longitudinal direction and the pulleys 16a-16c are driven to rotate. As an adhesive 8 is warmed with warm water, the adhesion between a blade 3 and a shell 6 with the adhesive 8 is weakened, and therefore, the blade 3 is smoothly moved.
