PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging unit for preventing any unexpected outflow of a medium. SOLUTION: The packaging unit 2 forms a chamber 12 closed through the separation by each area, and includes flat elements 6 and 8 arranged in contact with each other surrounding the chamber 12 and connected to each other by a binding area 14 limited by an outer peripheral edge 16. The chamber 12 includes a tapered part 18 extending to a separation part 22 to be separated from the binding area 14 having a target breaking line 24 for cutting off a tapered part 18 to form an opening part in the tapered part 18. The separation part 22 is separated from the outer peripheral edge part 16 for separating the separation part 22 from a protective section 28 of the binding area 14 for covering the separation part 22 toward the outer peripheral edge 16, and limited by a brittle material part 26 inserted in the binding area 14.
