<p>A method, system and device of resource admission control are disclosed. The method of resource admission control includes: an access node mapping a multicast address of service in which a customer premises equipment requests to join to a multicast address corresponding to hierarchized code flow included in the service and making a resource admission request (S101); the access node determining the admitted hierarchized code flow based on a resource admission result (S102); after receiving the hierarchized code flow transmitted by a media source, the access node transforming the multicast address corresponding to the admitted hierarchized code flow to the multicast address of the service corresponding to the admitted hierarchized code flow and forwarding the admitted hierarchized code flow to the customer premises equipment (S103).</p>
