A synchronous rotation fluid compressing device includes an outer rotor (7) and an inner rotor (9) provided in the outer rotor (7) and connected with a driving shaft (1), the two ends of the outer rotor (7) are separately mounted on a front eccentric base (2) and a rear eccentric base (6) by two outer rotor bearings (4), the two ends of the inner rotor (9) are separately mounted on the front eccentric base (2) and the rear eccentric base (6) by two inner rotor bearings (5), the front eccentric base (2) and the rear eccentric base (6) are separately fixed at two ends of a case (3), an outer wall of the inner rotor (9) is always tangential with an inner wall of the outer rotor (7), a working chamber (10) is formed between the inner rotor (9) and the outer rotor (7), a boss (91) of the inner rotor (9) is inserted into a slot of a tap (8), the tap (8) is mounted on the outer rotor (7), the boss (91) of the inner rotor (9) can be moved in the slot of the tap (8) by a limit amplitude, and the tap (8) can be rotated in a tap hole by a limit amplitude. The device reduces the loss of flowing resistance and rubbing wear without non-balance inertia force and an air intake valve.
