<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector achieving improvement of convenience when viewing an image. <P>SOLUTION: If an equipment code showing a television is included in an operation signal received from a remote control device, the projector performs operation in accordance with the operation signal regardless of a maker code. Therefore, if the remote control device for remote controlling an image output device is equipped with an operation key for operating the television, a user can remote control the operation of the projector by using the remote control device. Switching on/off of a power supply, switching between a single display state and a multi-display state, switching an active image and changing display size of the active image can be performed by operation of the remote control device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
