<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order receiving method which can receive an order without checking order details again even in a case that the received order includes indefinite ordering information. <P>SOLUTION: Input ordering information of an orderer is temporarily memorized in an ordering information memory means 5. Whether the ordering information memorized in the ordering information memory means 5 includes a name and a quantity of a product is decided. When it is decided that the ordering information includes the name and the quantity, the ordering information is memorized as order-receiving information corresponding to the orderer in an order-receiving information memory means 7. When it is decided that the ordering information does not include the name and/or the quantity, replacement information including a name and a quantity memorized in a replacement information memory means 8 corresponding to the orderer is extracted, and the name and/or the quantity not included in the ordering information are replaced by the name and/or the quantity of the extracted replacement information and memorized as the order-receiving information including the name and the quantity of the product corresponding to the orderer in the order-receiving information memory means 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
